Garden Junior Suite
Adjacent to the main villa are the former stables transformed into luxurious rooms and offer a modern and captivating stay experience. These historic buildings, once utilised as stables, have been meticulously restored to accommodate our guests, providing all the modern comforts one could desire. While not all rooms offer expansive vistas, some feature a charming and intimate garden, creating a romantic atmosphere. Others overlook a quintessential Tuscan courtyard, adorned with age-old lemon trees and fragrant jasmine plants that grace every wall.

In the main villa, you will discover three distinctive suites, each with its own distinctive character.
The first, located on the formal first floor, exudes grandeur with its 18th-century doors that open onto the Ball Room, frescoed ceilings, and towering windows.
On the second floor, the other two suites maintain the charm described earlier but come with their own enchanting attic features.

Two Bedroom suite
The Tabaccaia, our exclusive two-bedroom suite with a private garden and a two-level design. This unique space offers you a luxurious and comfortable experience within a historic setting.
On the lower level, you'll find a spacious living area, perfect for relaxation and socialising. The Tabaccaia preserves the authentic atmosphere of a bygone era, with antique details seamlessly blending with modern amenities.
Ascending to the second level, you'll discover two well appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside, creating an atmosphere of serenity and well-being.
The private garden allows you to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds us, with outdoor spaces to relax and savour a glass of local wine or a romantic dinner under the stars.

The Grand Suite boasts a prime location, providing sweeping vistas of the lush countryside that stretch as far as the eye can see. Wake up to the beauty of rolling hills and tranquil landscapes every morning.The ensuite bathroom is a masterpiece of sophistication, entirely crafted in exquisite travertine with uninterrupted views of the captivating countryside. It features a very large shower and deep soaking bathtub allowing you to unwind in absolute serenity. Enjoy the ultimate in comfort on a king-sized bed adorned with premium linens and plush pillows. Good to know
The Villa di Piazzano is an historic building with a peaceful atmosphere. Please respect the nature of the estate during your visit:
- We only welcome children starting from the age of 7.
- We do not host weddings at our property, only couple elopements.
- We do not host groups at our hotel, with the exception of small groups in low season and with a booking made directly through the hotel.
- All our rooms are different. Should you have specific requirements please contact our Team. A room change upon arrival is frequently not possible.
- We operate heating in the cooler months and air conditioning in the warmer months. Both options are not available simultaneously.
The Villa di Piazzano reserves the right to make very few discretionary exceptions to the above guidelines.
