The Historical Villa
While the Noble Floor exudes formal elegance with its period details, the second floor beckons with its enchanting ambiance. Here, rooms are adorned with old wooden beams, creating an inviting atmosphere that envelops you in warmth.
As you gaze through the quaint, attic-style windows, a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding countryside unfolds before you. It's a world where the charm of yesteryears meets the beauty of today, making each stay on the second floor a truly unique and captivating experience. The main historic Villa hosts a combination of superior, deluxe, jr suites and suites.
The Limonaia
The Limonaia building, once used for the winter storage of the Lemon Trees, exudes country charm, and all rooms are thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities. The Limonaia rooms offer both comfort and style, blending heritage and modern luxury. The Limonaia Building hosts both superior and deluxe rooms.
The Stables
Our Stable Rooms feature grand wooden beams and exposed stone walls, preserving the authentic character of the villa's original stables. The combination of vintage charm and contemporary amenities creates a cosy and inviting atmosphere.
These rooms boast ample space and open directly onto a garden or onto the large equestrian courtyard where there is also an external seating area. Both our Garden Junior Suites and Garden Suites are located in this part of the property.
The Tabaccaia
Our Two Bedroom Suite in the old Tabaccaia Building is a breathtaking testament to the harmonious blend of history and luxury. This unique and captivating suite is a result of the meticulous conversion of an old tobacco tower into a lavish retreat that offers an unforgettable experience.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a spacious and exquisitely designed living area. High ceilings and large windows create an open and airy ambiance, allowing natural light to flood in. Ascend to the floor above, where you'll discover two well appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom. The Tabaccaia Suite culminates in a private patio and a charming garden, exclusively reserved for the indulgence of its occupants.
The Tower
While we've celebrated the past, we've also embraced the present. The Tower rooms boast state-of-the-art amenities with modern touches. Perched high within the tobacco tower, our Grand Suite has breathtaking views of our estate and the surrounding landscape. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood in, creating a bright and inviting ambiance.
The Lemon Courtyard
Nestled within a secluded enclave of our property awaits a picturesque courtyard, graced by the presence of ancient lemon trees and fragrant jasmine. Step into this enchanting oasis, where tranquillity reigns supreme, and discover two exquisite garden suites along with a garden junior suite, all embracing the serenity of their surroundings.
