









The Cardinal’s Dinner

On the evening of 11 October 2018, we hosted a special event at our restaurant l’Antica Casina di Caccia. Under the supervision of our chef, Marco Leonelli, three important guest chefs collaborated with Marco to prepare an extraordinary dinner. Oliver Glowig (2 michelin stars), Katia Maccari (1 michelin star) and Giancarlo Maistrello (winner of the best panettone 2017 together prepared an original menu dedicated to Cardinal Silvio Passerini, the founder of Villa di Piazzano.


“The Cardinal’s Dinner” blended tradition with innovation, locally sourced products with wines from the winery Poggio le Volpi.
The dinner culminated with a sneak preview of Maistrello’s panettone for Christmas 2018, bearing the name “Panettone del Cardinale".
