On Wednesday 31 July the Antica Casina di Caccia will see Chef Marco Leonelli, selected by the Michelin Guide, and Chef Errico Recanati (1 Michelin star) work side by side to pay tribute to the original vocation of the Villa di Piazzano, dating back to the Renaissance when it was the hunting manor of Cardinal Passerini. The importance of cooking on the embers and its culinary qualities will be rediscovered and experimented in order to offer a menù of ancient nuances and a contemporary vibe.
