Weddings

The terrace of the Villa di Piazzano with its views over the breathtaking Tuscan countryside is the perfect location for a romantic wedding in Tuscany.

We can organize a unique experience for you, whether you are planning a religious wedding in one of the many churches of Cortona or in the beautiful Aula Consiliare of the Cortona Town Hall. We are also able to hold blessings within the gardens of the Villa itself.
We host small intimate weddings and can cater for a maximum of 50 guests. We can also host pre-wedding events such as welcome drinks, informal pre-wedding barbecues, wine tastings, cooking classes, cocktail parties.

Wedding parties are required to take the exclusive use of the hotel for a minimum of 2 nights. For all other aspects related to the organization of the wedding we can refer you to specialized wedding planners

Slices of marinated swordfish and tuna with ginger and candied lemon
A crunchy parcel filled with fresh vegetables and spelt with a spicy bell pepper sauce

First Course: (2 first courses)
Risotto with pecorino cheese from Pienza and flat green beans
Ravioli parcels filled with pork and tossed in a green apple sauce

Second Course:
Slices of Sea Bream fish au gratin with almonds

Crunchy fennel salad with tiger prawns and orange
A Courgette (zucchini) soufflé served on a tomato and basil cream sauce

Pasta parcel filled with ricotta cheese and spinach with a pecorino cheese and truffle fondue

Second Course:
Roast lamb stuffed with seasoned olives served with layers of aubergine, tomatoes and Mozzarella

Dessert:
Wedding cake
Coffee
