Location

Directions from the Rome-Florence A1 highway:

- exit at Bettolle-Valdichiana
- drive through the roundabout and head for Perugia on the motorway
- exit at Castiglion del Lago and turn right towards Cortona
- turn right at Piazzano sign and follow the road to the very end
- at the "T" junction turn right for Piazzano
- after 4 km, just after the town of Pergo, turn right for Piazzano
- follow the country road which then becomes a cypress tree lined avenue
- the Villa is located at the end of the cypress trees
