There are certain rooms which are connecting and ideal for families:
Classic twin + junior suite
Superior twin (can host extra bed for 3 children) + superior double
Superior twin (can host extra bed for 3 children) + deluxe double
Superior twin + junior suite
Junior suite + double sofa bed for 2 children

The categories vary according to the size of the room and bathroom, views, furnishings and in-room amenities. The deluxe rooms and jr suites also have a sofa and seating area in the room. As this is an ancient manor house, every room is different and so the standardization of the room categories is not always so apparent as in a modern hotel. We have therefore published a few photos for each room category in order to aid you in choosing which category best suits your requirements. The following services and amenities are provided in all the rooms: air-conditioning; private bathroom with bathtub/shower; satellite, SKY and pay TV; minibar; room-service 8.00 to 22.00.

The rooms are located on the first and second floors and there is an elevator to reach both floors. The second floor rooms have smaller windows, as well as skylights, but better views. Different room categories are located on both the first and second floor. Please note, the best view in the house is located on the first floor reading room which is open to all guests. The ground floor of the Villa is dedicated entirely to common areas including: the reception hall, the dining room, the music room for lounging and relaxing, the bar area, the meeting room, the shaded terrace and the dining terrace. Other common areas include the wine cellar below the Villa and a large reading room on the first floor.

Cottages

The Casina delle Rose is a one room cottage close to the pool with a bedroom with seating area, walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub/shower, private terrace. This cottage comes within the deluxe room category.

The Casina dell'Orto is our only independent cottage with a kitchenette, sitting room, bathroom, bedroom up in the loft, patio and private garden. This cottage comes within the superior room category. The cottage can also be rented weekly with no breakfast and only final cleaning at a rate of Euro 1250 per week.
